In 1984 Donald Free purchased Perry's largest real estate firm - Richardson Realty - and Richardson-Free was born. Donald Free's philosophy that a real estate firm should offers its clients the utmost in caring and professional service set the stage for his firm's explosive growth. Richardson-Free grew into Perry and Middle Georgia's premiere real estate agency.

In 1998 Donald Free and Noel Robbins, Of Robbins Realty and Insurance, merged their companies and became Coldwell Banker Robbins & Free Realty. A year later, Donald Free's son, Scott, purchased Mr. Robbins' interest and became a partner in Coldwell Banker Robbins & Free Realty.
